2. Non-Provider Status & Boundaries
HealthConsult Singapore provides lifestyle guidance and nutritional education. Our services are strictly supportive and non-clinical. All content provided on our platform or during consultations is for educational purposes only.

3. Booking, Payments & Refunds
To access our private sessions, users must book via the Online Consultations portal. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Sessions cancelled within this window may be subject to a full fee charge.
Payments
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the session.
4. Use License & Intellectual Property
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on HealthConsult Singapore's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Usage Restrictions
Under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

Limitations of Liability
